Kristina works as a project manager in HEISE.<\/p>\n<p>She has been running the Cultural Management programme, was managing the EU-funded project: \u201cCreative Entrepreneurship Module and International Study Development in the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Cultural Management MA Programme\u201d from 2010 and was a Quality Assurance working group member in the project \u201cAccess\u201d funded by Central Baltic INTERREG IVA programme. Kristina worked as the project assistant in MAPSI and was involved in writing the application. In HEISE Kristina works as a project manager. Her doctoral research focuses on entrepreneurial education in arts universities, striving for new approaches, definitions and closer fit to reality.
