EBS\u2019s goal is to provide enterprising people with academic knowledge, skills and values for its successful implementation.<br \/>\nIn its 25 years EBS has grown into one of the biggest private universities in the Baltic countries. Located in Tallinn and Helsinki, EBS has more than 1500 students, about 20% international students and over 4000 alumni. In 2011, EBS opened a branch in Helsinki, in the modern premises of Technopolis Ruoholahti, where about 140 students are currently studying International Business Administration in English.<br \/>\nEBS has over 70 partner universities from Europe, America, Australia and Asia, enabling a wide exchange of both students and lecturers. University offers joint degree MA programme with Nottingham Trent University and double degree BA programme with Lancaster University Management School.<br \/>\nEstonian Business School is a member in EFMD, BMDA and CEEMAN and organizes international conferences like EURAM 2011, EAA 2014 and EGOS 2018. University has strong corporate relations with local and international business community, developing study programmes and offering applied research.<br \/>\nThe aim of research at EBS is to contribute to the international knowledge base of management and create conditions for its introduction in business and public institutions, but also improve training for the management of such organizations.<br \/>\nResearchers and doctoral students at EBS participate in the work of international research groups thereby assuring an internationally acknowledged level of research. The main outputs for this are participation in international scientific conferences and publishing of joint articles with researchers and doctoral students in other countries.<\/p>\n<p>EBS\u2019 main academic concentration is Organizational development in an institutional context. The sub-topics for research are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Development of Organisations and Management of Change<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2. Innovative Entrepreneurship and Knowledge Transfer in International Networks<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3. Development of Public Administration Organizations and their Legal Framework. Application of Experience in New Democracies<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>4. Institutional Economics<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>5. Social Responsibility and Ethical Values of Organizations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>6.
