She has more than 7 years experience with different funds (INTERREG IVA, European Social Fund, European Regional Fund), covering more than 30 project applications both, public and private sector, 15 investment and cooperation project&#8217;s management and implementation.<\/p>\n<p>Kadri has worked in hand with international projects (in the cultural field Kadri was coordinating project \u201cAccess\u201d that aimed to build a framework for art students to foster and support their creative ability) and also lived in Germany, analyzing the threats of intensive tourism in a nature protected area and giving suggestion for better management.
